Senior Manager of Productivity

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Productivity & Efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team to drive optimization across retail operations through engineering principles and productivity initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize work that supports store and brand goals

Conduct analyses to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of process design experience; 1-3 years of Retail Store / Operations experience preferred

Knowledge of time and motion standards systems, Six Sigma, or Lean practices

Proven success in leading cross-functional program design efforts

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior leaders

Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including overnight travel
