Join our rapidly growing organization serving over 50,000 patients annually and unlock new frontiers in healing and hope In this role you will : Assess patients' mental and physical status based on the presenting symptoms and complaints and diagnose psychiatric disorders and mental health conditions Develop treatment plans which align with established diagnoses Administer psychiatric consultation, psychoeducation, crisis intervention when necessary Prescribe medication and assess for compliance Work collaboratively with an administrative team to ensure patient follow up / compliance with established treatment plan Complete reports, additional documentation, and / or other duties and responsibilities timely to align with NYCBS policy / procedure and as requested by supervisor Adhere to all HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and recordkeeping We require : Education : NYS license as Nurse Practitioner of Psychiatry (PMHNP) Experience : Minimum of 2 years’ post-licensure experience working with chronically ill patients is preferred.

Other skills : Strong computer skills are required. The ability to use Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are critical.
