What You'll Do :

Monitor and control access to the residential location, verifying identification and credentials of residents, visitors, and vendors.

Provide customer service by assisting residents and guests with inquiries and directions related to access procedures.

Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies to help maintain order within the residential community.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity.

Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel.

Assist with emergency response activities as directed, supporting residents and staff as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
