Job description

Brownstone Wellness Collective is a culturally rooted mental health organization based in Houston, TX, dedicated to strengthening children and families through trauma-informed, community-based services. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Clinician (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our team on a contract basis

Your Role :

As a Contracted Clinician, you will support our team of Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) by :

Conducting diagnostic assessments for new clients
Reviewing and approving treatment plans
Providing bi-weekly clinical supervision to QMHPs
Ensuring all services meet Medicaid and state compliance standards

Requirements :

Active Texas licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)

Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience

Familiarity with Medicaid billing and community mental health models

Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

Able to provide remote supervision and virtual assessments when needed

Compensation :
