A company is looking for a Regional Director, Channel Sales to lead and scale their Channel Sales team across the western region.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and hire a high-performing team of channel-focused sellers while managing productivity metrics
Develop and execute regional channel strategies to drive partner-led revenue growth and new logo acquisition
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key channel partners and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software solutions
3+ years of experience leading a channel sales team focused on new business growth
Proven ability to manage complex sales with multiple stakeholders in new solution categories
Deep understanding of channel partner dynamics and experience managing executive-level relationships
Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies applied in channel environments
