Task Force Talent is seeking a  Senior Software Engineer / Application Developer  with an active TS / SCI FSP security clearance  to support a number of unique government contracts. Our client for this role is a small company with both commercial and government sector customers. They work on very interesting, usually highly technical roles in cybersecurity, software development, data science, and related areas for well-known companies and government organizations. They have a high bar; however, they also have top compensation, benefits, and a strong company culture not found at larger firms.

This role will be developing C# ASP.NET MVC web application solutions.

Target salary range is $180K to $205K , depending on experience level.

All positions are full-time,  in-office,  usually in a SCIF.

Qualifications :

• U.S. citizen with active TS / SCI FSP security clearance.  (Sorry, we are unable to sponsor or upgrade clearances for this role.)
• Bachelors with 12-15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10-13 of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree
• Experience with C# ASP.NET MVC web application solutions
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with JavaScript / JQuery / AJAX, HTML / CSS, Angular, or similar frameworks
• Experience using customer-approved DevSecOps tools and concepts
• Experience with Linux and Windows Cloud Server management
• Experience with the ICD-503 process for accrediting applications and systems within the sponsor network, including submission of evidence, and leading remediation efforts to address any risks or identified issues

Interview Process :

The process typically involves an initial phone screen followed by technical interviews. Contingent offers are usually made quickly, within a week or two. Depending on the level of experience and terms of the contract, additional interviews may be required with a prime contractor / partners or the end customer.
