Job description

Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and improve the Quality Management System, audits, and corrective actions
  • Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and problem-solving tools
  • Establish SOPs, process controls, and KPIs to sustain improvements and reduce waste
  • Provide training and coaching on quality and CI practices across all levels
  • Manage the quality team and collaborate with cross-functional groups on initiatives
  • Travel occasionally to suppliers or other sites

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years in quality and / or continuous improvement leadership within ISO environments
  • Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred
  • Strong skills in data analysis, project management, and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and change management abilities
