The company is actively seeking a passionate and experienced Vice President of Veterinary Medicine to lead and enhance its medical operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Divisional Vice President of Operations to oversee a talented group of medical directors and create a robust talent pipeline to support the company’s growth and commitment to outstanding patient safety.
Key responsibilities include elevating the standard of care, mentoring medical leaders, and utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to optimize clinical teams while ensuring sustainable business performance. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree, a DVM, and have successfully completed a 1-year rotating internship, along with at least 10 years of experience in clinical practice as an emergency or board-certified specialty clinician. A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple hospitals or with revenues exceeding $100MM is essential.
