Product Marketing Lead For Medicare Advantage

Humana's Marketing organization is seeking a Product Marketing Lead who is experienced with Medicare Advantage. As the Lead, Medicare Advantage, you'll drive the development and execution of marketing strategies that support Humana's MA portfolio. You'll ensure our messaging is competitive, compliant, and member-focusedhelping seniors make informed decisions about their health coverage.

Key Role Functions :

• Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for Medicare Advantage products, including positioning, messaging, and campaign planning
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Compliance, and Brand teams to ensure alignment and executional excellence
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and member insights to inform strategy
• Oversee campaign performance and optimization across channels
• Serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert on Medicare Advantage marketing

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home / Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position / job. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Pay Range : The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $126,300 - $173,700 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
