Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities :

• Conduct legal research and analysis using Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis, and other legal databases
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Prepare and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and preparation
• Maintain accurate and organized case files
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area
