Customer Marketing Specialist for Smart Energy
Hybrid Work Schedule Note : For the first 90 days, new hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F, followed by 3 days in the office per week. The customer marketing specialist for smart energy will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand and growth for the America's business. This role requires strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and execute global marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities include : developing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand and market penetration for Americas smart energy product portfolio; managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact; collaborating with broader marketing teams to drive high engagement, develop integrated marketing plans, manage execution to timelines and optimize performance; leading and driving marketing initiatives to deliver GBE marketing pipeline, conversion and revenue goals; collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives; partnering with offering management and sales to launch new products, enable commercial readiness and develop marketing strategies to gain traction in target markets; creating and managing integrated marketing strategies, including the development of digital, events and content with compelling messaging that clearly articulate value and attracts, retains and grows our market share; monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance; staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective.
The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates. Must have : 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, partner marketing, or a related role. We value : strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team; bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels; demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns; strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making to improve campaign performance; experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing resource allocation; proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
