Voda Cleaning and Restoration is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operational Manager to oversee and drive the day-to-day operations of our Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in water restoration, carpet cleaning, and team management, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, as the manager will also need to step into the field to assist with jobs when necessary, providing top-tier customer service .
