A regional educational organization is seeking Substitute Paraprofessionals to assist classrooms and support students across a variety of academic programs. The role is designed for reliable professionals interested in flexible substitute opportunities.

Responsibilities / Duties :

Provide academic and behavioral support to students during classroom instruction

Assist in reinforcing learning plans and behavioral interventions under teacher direction

Supervise students throughout daily activities, maintaining order and safety

Document observations, progress, and incident reports accurately

Follow all confidentiality and school conduct standards

Complete mandatory school fingerprinting prior to assignment

Qualifications / Desired Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary coursework preferred

Experience in educational, childcare, or behavioral settings desirable

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Reliable and flexible for substitute scheduling
