You are :

An expert decision-maker and a clear communicator. You're always looking for better and more efficient ways to manage risk. When you say its time to bring in new solutions or change the way things are done, clients listen. They know you'll walk them through the process - in person and on paper. Everyone's happy, because they have the right tools to stay compliant and new ways to create value.

The work :

Support and advise Life Sciences and / or Healthcare organizations within the compliance domains of anti-bribery corruption, foreign corrupt practices. HCP compliance, quality and risk management, False Claims act, etc.

Advise the compliance functions on maturing their capabilities including the use of technology / AI in developing use cases for execution of compliance activities

Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies for Life Sciences and / or Healthcare organizations

Support and share knowledge with project teams and use analytics to find new ways of working that put people and process first

Manage project teams, deliverables and budgets across workflows

Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships

Show clients where and how to benefit from a more flexible workforce

Use design-led thinking to improve customer experience

Help grow the practice by championing Accenture initiatives and products

Stay on top of how new regulations and technologies affect our clients' businesses - and ours

Travel : As needed per client requirements

Here's what you need :

6+ years' consulting experience from a large, competitor firm, delivering risk and compliance solutions

6+ years' experience in risk and compliance within the Life Sciences industry including thorough knowledge of anti-bribery corruption, FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) and HCP compliance

Bachelor's degree

Bonus points if :

You have Big4 experience and / or industry experience with a Life Sciences organization

You know all about risk operating models, regulatory must-dos, and compliance standards

You understand compliance process design and re-engineering

You're a pro when it comes to engagement - plus business, practice, and people development

You're an expert project manager

You know the ways of front- and back-office operations

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
