Dietary Supervisor

We are looking for a Dietary Supervisor / Kitchen Supervisor .
Scheduled hours of Noon to 8pm

Looking for a Dietary Supervisor who :
- Is mission driven with a passion for working with elders
- Loves to go out and engage with the residents
- Believes that food is brought to life by the person preparing it
- Has a culinary background
Dietary Supervisor Job Summary :
- Be on the floors during service to assist team where needed
- Ensure resident satisfaction with meal service
- Check out associate check list for completion of duties
- Complete weekly sanitation audits, safety audits, and all temperature logs
- Complete daily tray tickets
- Learn the ordering process
- Complete weekly menus
- Reports to the Dietary Director
- Ensure that the kitchen and floors are clean, neat and tidy at the end of the day

Dietary Supervisor Qualifications :
- Must have a caring and compassionate nature
- Food service experience preferred
- Must be able to understand, read & write English
- Must work every other weekend and every other holiday
- Must show proof of COVID19 Vaccination
