Our state-of-the-art 600-bed Level II Trauma Center in Tuscaloosa, Alabama is expanding, and we're hiring Registered Nurses to join our dynamic inpatient and outpatient care teams. Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care in accordance with professional standards and hospital policies.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, PCAs, Unit Secretaries, Ortho Techs, and other non-licensed staff.

Conduct thorough and ongoing patient assessments (physical, psychological, social, spiritual).

Document care plans, interventions, and progress accurately in the EMR.

Participate in daily handoff reports, unit huddles, and performance improvement initiatives.

Apply patient safety principles and infection control practices consistently.

Qualifications

Current Alabama RN license or eligibility to obtain prior to start (multi-state license accepted).

New graduates encouraged to apply!

For experienced RNs : Minimum of 2 years recent acute care experience preferred.

BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) required.

Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred .

Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation.

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
