Reporting to the Senior Director Emergency and Trauma Services, the ED Nurse Manager will oversee the busy Pediatric Emergency Department.

Responsibilities of the Nurse Manager Pediatric Emergency Services include overseeing day-to-day operations of the hospital’s ER, updating policy procedures, ensuring state and regulatory compliance, cross collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and overall department staffing which includes scheduling, payroll, disciplinary action, evaluations, and assisting with the hiring process.

The Pediatric Nurse Manager Emergency Department should be a seasoned leader holding their BSN, active RN license, and prior management experience overseeing an emergency department, along with some nursing experience working with a pediatric population.
