Multimodality Supervisor ( Day Shift)

Location : Fort Worth, TX, 76104

Shift : 07 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PM

Job Type : Permanent

Guaranteed Hours : (40 hours / week)

Compensation : Based on experience (Negotiable)

Essential Functions of the Role :

• Oversee delivery and quality of imaging services, ensuring turnaround times, exam quality, and patient preparation meet standards.
• Perform procedures as needed due to workload or complexity.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels, supplies, and resources are available.
• Manage scheduling, monitor / evaluate staffing patterns, and make adjustments as needed.
• Interview, counsel, and complete staff performance evaluations.
• Train new staff; ensure certifications and registrations are up to date.
• Partner with management and staff for multidisciplinary meetings and consistent communication.
• Set departmental goals, monitor achievements, and reflect outcomes in evaluations.
• Encourage staff participation in surveys and implement action plans for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to develop and monitor departmental budgets.
• Provide input on new / replacement equipment and services to support growth.
• Implement corrective action plans for negative productivity or expense variances.

Required Qualifications :

Must currently be registered in MRI and CT .
