About This Role

We are looking for a Principal User Experience Lead / Manager to head all UX initiatives at Momentum. This is an exciting role for someone with design managerial experience who is looking to grow into a seasoned design leader. This person will start as a Principal UX Lead / Manager and eventually grow into a Director of UX

In this role, you will define the direction and set the goals for the User Experience team, in close collaboration with Product and Engineering. You will have a team of UX designers to help execute on this vision. Please include links to an online portfolio in addition to your resume. Submissions without a portfolio will not be considered.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in UX Design. Preferably in B2B SaaS spaces.
• Experience managing or leading design teams and managing Individual Contributors.
• A portfolio of UX-focused work samples for web and mobile applications.
