Director, Product Management – Multiomics & NGS Applications

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Product Management to lead the growth and adoption of Illumina's multiomics and NGS applications portfolio. In this highly cross-functional role, you will shape the future of integrated workflow solutions that span genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, and spatial biology. Your leadership will be instrumental in defining Illumina's applications strategy, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering end-to-end solutions that enable impactful discoveries across research and clinical domains.

You will collaborate closely with R&D, Product Marketing, Commercial teams, and external partners to expand the reach and relevance of Illumina's multiomics ecosystem.

• Define and drive Illumina's strategy for multiomics and NGS application workflows, aligned with customer needs, market trends, and emerging scientific applications.
• Synthesize market insights, customer requirements, and competitive intelligence to shape investment priorities and product direction.
• Develop long-range strategic plans to grow revenue and market share across key segments and applications.

The estimated base salary range for the Director, Product Management – Multiomics & NGS Applications role based in the United States of America is : $183,700 - $275,500. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
