• Job Title : CRNA Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
• Job Type : Permanent Full-Time (0.8 FTE and above)
• Location : Munster, IN
• Service Setting : Hospital (28 ORs including GI suites, Cath Labs, IR)
• Schedule : 40 hours / week; 1 weekend / month
• On-Call Expectations : 1 weekend / month
• Start Date : Negotiable upon credentialing PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE
• Patient Demographics : Adult
• Average Daily Volume / Census : 2 10 procedures per day
• Consults & Follow-Ups : As needed
• Case Mix / Clinical Focus Areas : OR, GI, Cath Lab, IR anesthesia FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
• Beds in Department / Unit : 400-bed regional hospital
• Specialty Backup : Full surgical and procedural support
• Support Staff : Long-standing hospital-employed anesthesia group
• Leadership & Reporting Structure : Over 25 years in system with excellent interdepartmental collaboration
• Reason for Opening : Increased clinical volume CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
• Board Requirements : Certified and licensed CRNA
• DEA & Certifications : Required

• Deliver anesthesia care in ORs, GI, Cath Lab, and IR
• Participate in weekend call rotation (1 weekend / month)
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with surgeons and fellow anesthesia providers
