Job descriptionOperational Management : Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple stores to ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and high standards of service. Team Leadership : Hire, train, mentor, and develop store managers and their staff, fostering a positive work environment and team culture. Customer Satisfaction : Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and resolving customer complaints. Sales and Financial Performance : Analyze store performance metrics and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals. Compliance : ensure that all stores comply with operational policies, local laws, and safety standards. Inventory Management : Work with store managers to ensure optimal stock levels and manage vendor relationships for parts and supplies. Proven experience as a Regional or District Manager in the automotive industry or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multiple teams. Excellent understanding of business operations, P&L management, and financial analysis. Strong communication, problem solving, and decision making skills. Ability to work in a fast paces, customer driven environment. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently between stores.
