Responsibilities

• Set the technical vision and lead the build from MVP to enterprise-grade scale.
• Translate detailed product logic into a secure, API-first system that is SOC 2 / HIPAA-compliant.
• Manage distributed engineering teams and cultivate engineering culture.
• Balance fast iteration with regulatory discipline and reliability obligations.
