Position Summary :

The inaugural Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TribeTalk serves as the top executive leader of the organization, responsible for guiding its strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining financial health, and upholding the mission of helping young adults to recognize and respond to antisemitism. As the first professional CEO of this 6-year-old organization, which has been primarily lay-led, TribeTalk’s CEO will be both visionary and detail-oriented, with a true passion for supporting the next generation of American Jews. The CEO works closely with the Board of Directors, staff, funders, community partners, and stakeholders to advance the organization’s goals and ensure its long-term sustainability and impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategic Vision

• Provide visionary and strategic leadership to fulfill TribeTalk’s mission.
• Develop and implement long-range strategies and annual goals in collaboration with the Board.
• Promote a strong organizational culture aligned with TribeTalk’s core values.
• Frontline fundraiser leading and implementing fundraising strategy, including donor cultivation, grant writing, and major gifts.
• Maintain and build relationships with funders, foundations, and key stakeholders.
• Represent the organization in public forums to build visibility and support.
