Job Description

St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church, a parish of 3,300 families in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, seeks qualified candidates for the position of Director of Parish Faith Formation, which is a full-time, benefits-eligible position, reporting to the pastor.

The ideal candidate must be a faithful Catholic and innovative individual who will aid the pastor in shepherding an overall vision of formation within the work of catechesis, sacramental preparation, and evangelization. Leading a team of paid staff and volunteers, the Director is responsible for managing all activities related to formation of the Christian faithful.
