Job description

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an Technical Analyst to fulfill an immediate vacancy.

This individual will be responsible for :

  • Leading the migration of end-user to a new remote desktop.
  • Production support of the enrollment in Thin Terminals for 500+ users.
  • Working with the transition team onsite with remote users across the country.

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of :

  • Hands-on experience with Office Products.
  • 2+ Years of remote IT and user-facing support experience.
  • High level organization and communication skills.

    • Preferred Certifications and Experience :

  • Virtual Desktop Experience (Service Central)
  • 3+ Years of Information Technology hands-on experience.
