Responsibilities

• Ensure team compliance with agreed SLA's and important metrics : work order tickets and preventative maintenance program.
• Drive and support professional growth for team members, providing coaching and mentorship on areas for development.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel and vendor support, to ensure the efficient operations of all campus services to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
