What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and help maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual conditions or activities.

Communicate and collaborate with staff, visitors, and emergency responders as needed to support security-related operations.

Complete required reports and documentation of incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with site protocols.

Minimum Requirements

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
