Job description

A company is looking for a Lead UX Designer to lead strategic research and designs for their Employee Benefits team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of users' experiences and explore their needs and motivations
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand potential problem spaces
Lead discovery with Product Management partners to gather user data and deliver meaningful insights

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

7+ years of experience in UX, preferably in commercial software and enterprise environments

Excellent understanding of user experience research methodologies and design principles

Proficient in creating prototypes using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, and Miro

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Design, or equivalent work experience

Ability to work 100% remotely or from an office
