Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking an HRIS specialist to support multiple locations. Preferred experience includes UKG, SuccessFactors, or SAP, along with strong auditing skills. Job Title : Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

Temporary Position : February 27,2026

Location : York, PA (Hybrid : 2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

Pay Range : $27.00

Shift : Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Manage and maintain HRIS platforms such as UKG, SuccessFactors (SF), or SAP, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
• Conduct audits to review data accuracy, compliance, and internal controls related to payroll, benefits, and HR records.
• Support HR processes by analyzing employee data and generating reports to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize system functionalities and implement updates or improvements.
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues and providing user support to ensure seamless HR operations.
