Our Government Funded Program Management Office (GF PMO) exists to ensure successful government award administration. Government awards include funding mechanisms like loans, grants, and tax incentives at the federal and state level. As part of the GF PMO, you will collaborate with professionals from finance, major projects, sourcing, environmental, legal, and policy to manage government funded programs that enable California’s prosperity and reduce customer rates. Our team is made up of talented and passionate individuals, including program managers, strategic analysts, compliance reporting specialists, and subject matter experts. Our team’s work shall create prosperity for all customers and investors.

Position Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Program Manager, Principal to join our expanding Government Funded Program Management Office (GF PMO) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our team and cross-functional partners are moving in the right direction and achieving our goals. They will own and facilitate all Operating Reviews, Steering Committee Meetings, Advisory Committee Meetings, and more. They will thrive in cross-functional discussions and drive collaboration and problem solving. They will drive and manage annual planning, hiring, priorities, team workload, and problem solving using lean tools and PG&E’s performance playbook. Responsibilities typically include many or all of the following :

• Managing program implementation and operations.
• Ensuring program is operating effectively.
• Developing, measuring, and reporting on success of the program.
• Identifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partners.
• Delivering program goals.

This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need.

PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location.  The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.​  This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.

A Reasonable Salary Range :

Bay Area – $140,000-$207,900

And / or

California - $133,000-$198,000
