L&D Beds : 10 beds - # triage beds : 4 beds - # Postpartum beds : 17 beds - # births per day, per year : 150 births per month - Certs : BLS, NRP, ACLS, Adv AWHONN - Ratios : 1 to 2 - FHM System : Fetal Link - EMR : Cerner Power Chart - Charge Nurse : Yes - Nurse Aides / OB tech : OB techs - yes, one on per shift - Weekend Requirement : 2 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule - Call Requirement : No - Holidays : Travelers will be required to work one major and minor - Scrub Color : Provided - Tele : GE - OB / Anesthesia / Neonataologist in house : OB and Anesthesia in house 24 hrs - IV Team : No - RT 24 / 7 : Yes - Pharmacy 24 / 7 : Yes - Shifts : 12 hr shifts 0700-1930, 1900-0730 - C-section experience required : must be able to circulate in for c-sections - Floating : None - Floor specific orientation : 1-2 shifts of orientation - Common diagnosis / Types of patients : 20 weeks and above, NICU is level 2, transfer out level 3 babies, high risk deliveries include hypertension, diabetics, advanced maternal age, pre-term, no prenatal care, substance abuse, twin deliveries, etc. - Additional Notes : Must have 2 years of experience or more, travel experience is preferred.
