Quality Supervisor

Mettler Toledo is seeking to hire a Quality Supervisor for our Worthington location responsible to proactively lead quality efforts and work with others in maximizing facility performance.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

• Lead activities and reporting to support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance.
• Define, track, and continually work to improve upon various quality metrics / KPI's.
• Drive improvements both internally and through outside suppliers (intercompany and 3rd party suppliers).
• Facilitate and lead Internal Auditor Training.
• Ensure proper containment measures and designate Quality Notifications (QN's) appropriately.
• Ensure QN's are being addressed continually, and counter measures are implemented timely.
• Support all duties of direct report including but not limited to Quality Inspection, Incoming inspection, Inspection Plans and Rework.
• Ability to use various root cause analysis tools to address quality issues and lead larger quality initiatives (5 why analysis, 8D, A3, Fishbone, Pareto, PDCA, FMEA, etc.)
• Maintain SAP Quality Records (Quality Info Records, Quality Management Records, and Quality Inspection Plans)
• Facilitate and participate in product development process approvals for new launches.
• Lead problem-solving efforts and work closely with product teams and other MT facilities / business units, as needed.
• Manage the facilitation of training (I.E. LMS, On-Boarding, etc.) within the facility.
• Additional duties as required
