Summary
The Asset Recovery team is responsible for converting and recovering the value of equipment that may no longer be used or needed.
The rigger will be responsible for assisting the crew with tasks that include rigging equipment, helping with the transportation and stripping of transformers and other equipment, the Rigger will also assist the crew with other tasks to complete the job at hand.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
- Maintain an excellent safety record.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical abilities test.
- Must be able to travel to out-of-state job sites to complete work.
- Self-motivated, capable of accomplishing task independently without direct supervision
- Maintains a great attitude toward work.
- Any safety-related training (MSHA, OSHA 10 & 30) a plus, but we are willing to train.
- Fork-lift certification a plus
Job duties include
- Travel to out-of-state to jobsite
- Cutting and torching transformers to clear out the contents.
- Lifting and stacking steel
- Loading and tying down transformers and components for transportation
- Work with crew to complete work assignments
Due to the nature of our work, staff will work over the road and locally.
