Human Resources Coordinator HRC Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations for nursing home facility in Dunedin, FL, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for nursing and administrative staff.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to address employee relations, performance management, and training needs.
• Act as a liaison between staff and management to address concerns and improve overall employee satisfaction.
