About This Role :

• HR Systems & Administration : Manage HR systems (including ADP) by maintaining accurate employee records, generating reports, and identifying opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes.
• Employee Relations & Consultation : Serve as a trusted resource to employees and leaders by providing guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and compliance with FMLA, ADA, and related programs.
• Performance Management : Support leaders in all aspects of performance management, including documentation, coaching, performance improvement plans, and the annual evaluation process.
• Provider & Compliance Support : Oversee provider HR documentation and serve as the HRSA Site Point of Contact while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
• HR Data & Analytics : Utilize HR data to create reports, identify workforce trends, and support strategic, data-driven decisions that enhance engagement and organizational effectiveness.
