HR Integrations Partner
Purpose
Lead HR integration during acquisitions, ensuring smooth transition of team members into CERTUS. Manage payroll and benefits setup, HR onboarding, and leader orientation through stabilization, then hand off to field HR. Safeguard compliance, support change management, and deliver a consistent HR experience for acquired team members.
Requirements : What You’ll Do
- Lead HR integration for acquisitions, from Day 1 through stabilization
- Manage payroll, benefits setup, and onboarding for acquired team members
- Deliver high-touch orientation for new leaders joining CERTUS
- Support managers through change management and team stabilization
- Own HR communications post-close (benefits, payroll, policies, orientation)
- Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and HR teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Hand off stabilized acquisitions to field HR with clear documentation and debriefs
- Refine and standardize HR integration playbooks to improve future transitions

Either 3+ years of HR, M&A, or HR project management experience or a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related fieldStrong knowledge of payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance fundamentalsExperience with acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale change is a plusClear communicator who can simplify complex information for leaders and teamsDetail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
