CNC Programmer

InfraHire is hiring for CNC Programmer in MI location

Job Summary :

• Interpret and follow technical drawings and blueprints to set up CNC machines.
• Use specialized software to design cutting paths and program CNC machines.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.
• Optimize machine settings and cutting paths for efficient, high-quality production.
• Select and program appropriate tools based on material requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues as they occur.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and sharpening tools.
• Train new employees on CNC machine operation and programming.
• Requires prior manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail.
• Must be skilled at reading blueprints and troubleshooting problems.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain a professional attitude.
• Must be able to work weekends / overtime, stand for long periods, and lift up to 45 lbs.
