Job description

Job Title : Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

Location : Plano, TX (Onsite)

Job Type : Contract

Responsibilities :

This critical role will be responsible for leading the implementation, integration, and enhancements for our HCM system particularly for L&D and Total Rewards and overseeing the end-to-end processes on a global scale, across brands.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Talent, total rewards, and L&D-related matters
  • Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM experience

Product management - roadmap, execution, user stories

Jira - workflow / process / prioritization

  • Experience with Position management - Core HR
  • Creating OGL's
  • Oracle Autocomplete
  • ServiceNow case management

    • Skills :

  • Primary Skill = Learning and Development (L&D) Oracle Talent Management (Talent Management, Learning Cloud)
  • Secondary Skill = Total Rewards = Workforce Compensation
  • Tertiary Skill = Core HR Position Management
  • Additional Skills = Oracle Guided Learning and Oracle Autocomplete Rules
