Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in Business Process Re-engineering, ERP or Oracle Consulting, Solution Design, Implementation and Support, Project and Risk Management, IT Management, Leadership, and Shared Services who has worked in an onshore-offshore model. Business Analysis and Intelligence, Budgeting and Forecasting, Information Security, Governance, Business Process controls, Customer and Vendor Relationship Management, Account Growth, Presales, Global Delivery & Audit.

As a Project Manager, you will play the role of subject matter expert and operating resource for the implementation of the Oracle ERP Cloud platform at a global, regional, and local level. In this role, you will aid in the implementation, process improvements, enhancements, support, and other tasks that lead to a more effective and efficient organization. As a project manager who can closely partner with Human Resources professionals, Finance professionals at all levels of the company to understand, advise, and deliver high-quality solutions and outcomes for the business.

In this position, you will be responsible for working primarily on Oracle Cloud solutions for clients, Business Process Controls, Customer and Vendor Relationship Management, Account Growth, Presales, Global Delivery & Audit, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Project Planning. The work is not limited to Oracle, as you may be involved in other company process development / improvement activities. Applicants should be able to communicate with various organizational levels effectively, from staff members to executives. Documentation and review of Consulting & Professional Services related to RFP / RFI's, SOW, MSA, etc.

Requirements :

• 12+ years of ERP experience with ERP project management experience with a strong focus on Financials implementations.
• 5+ years' experience as a hands-on Project Manager on implementation projects
• At least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud project as a Project Manager
• Experience managing fixed-scope, fixed-price, full-life-cycle implementation projects for Public Sector agencies
• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with C-level clients, staff, technical staff, and application users
• University degree in business, computer science, or equivalent
• Active PMP Certification
