Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software development.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to lead technical initiatives across teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, GIT, NodeJS, and Code Blocks.
  • Proven experience in optimizing AI systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud capabilities and experience with Google CES, including prompt engineering, is a bonus.
  • A collaborative team player who resides in the New York or Dallas/Fort Worth area and is adaptable to a hybrid work culture (three days a week in the office).
Responsibilities:
  • I will lead the comprehensive development of AI-driven systems and services.
  • I will collaborate with research and product teams to convert ML models into scalable production applications.
  • I will architect robust, scalable, and low-latency backend systems and AI pipelines.
  • I will oversee the design and implementation of APIs, microservices, and data pipelines that support AI workloads.
