  • Overview :
  • Teksystems is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
  • to serve as the frontline ambassadors of our organization. In this role, you will support individuals applying for ADA Core Services and other disability-based programs, while also performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This is a dynamic position that combines inbound / outbound call handling with administrative responsibilities.
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls using an automatic dialer system (approx. 80 calls / day).
  • Assist callers with eligibility and enrollment for ADA Core Services and other disability-related programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse population, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Accurately enter and manage customer data in transportation management systems.
  • Schedule transportation services in a cost-effective and timely manner.
  • Respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
  • Support special projects and maintain daily scheduling for Eligibility staff.
  • Process and track payments for replacement IDs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including vendor coordination.
  • Design and maintain electronic filing systems and scanned documentation.
  • Provide professional reception coverage and administrative support.
  • Qualifications :
  • Required :
  • Minimum
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • (experience from any industry is welcome).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
  • Dedicated workspace with
  • minimum 30 Mbps internet speed
  • (no hotspots; test via FAST.com).
  • Must not be in a caretaking role during work hours.
  • Preferred :
  • Experience with automatic dialer systems.
  • Strong data entry and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with ADA services or disability-based programs.

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00 / hr.
