Materials Support Lead
This position is responsible for directly overseeing and supporting the employees in the materials support department. The materials support team is responsible for packing, trailer loading, and material handling of aluminum parts, and participating in 5S initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications

- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to recognize safety concerns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide strong servant leadership to support team members
- Ability to take part in continuous education and training
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in every situation
- Strong knowledge and understanding of all key department operations
- Knowledgeable in companywide computer systems and programs
- Ability to utilize the proper inspection equipment per designated cell area
- Work flexible hours, overtime and on-call
- Ability to lead and influence others
- Blueprint reading
- Strong math skills
- Ability to detect minor defects in the finish of the product
- Ability to read die drawings and inspect parts according to customer specifications
