Large company located in Santa Ana is seeking an ENTRY LEVEL Customer Support Rep!!

Experience needed : CUSTOMER SERVICE with the desire to learn I.T. down the line. NO I.T. experience, will train!!!

Temp to hire starting at $22hr Monday to Friday

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

High school diploma or GED required. NO experience needed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users of company IT solutions seeking technical assistance over the phone, via email, or face to face.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by end user.
  • Walk the end user through the problem-solving process.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by end users to management.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
  • Document internal procedures.
  • Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
  • Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems.
  • Diagnose and solve hardware / software faults.
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Support the roll-out of new applications and / or hardware.
  • Help maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
