Overall Purpose
Help lead the enhancement of consumer digital offer strategies with a primary focus on measurement, analytics, and testing. Work with partner analytics teams to establish and track internal roadmap of new data modeling, performance dashboards, and reporting capabilities to enhance visibility into Digital offer performance. Develop and implement a comprehensive testing roadmap to accurately assess incremental impact and inform future strategies. Collaborate cross functionally with teams to deliver insights and improve data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Education / Experience : Bachelor's degree (BS / BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
Lead Digital Customer Growth earns between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
