The Foreman Electrician : will be responsible for supervising crews, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring compliance with electrical codes and company standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

As a Foreman you will :

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians and apprentices on job sites.
• Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including wiring, conduit, panels, and fixtures.
• Ensure work is performed in compliance with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow.
• Train and mentor team members to develop skills and enhance job performance.
• Complete daily reports, work logs, and necessary documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols on-site to prevent hazards and accidents.
