Pay Rate : $14.53 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Wed 06 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

Thur 06 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Assist with access control procedures at the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity.

Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting guests, visitors, and staff as needed.

Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to observe and report any irregularities.

Document and report security-related incidents, maintenance issues, and / or other concerns according to company and site guidelines.

Support emergency response activities as required, working closely with site personnel and / or first responders.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
