• Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues and propose solutions.
• Perform coding and ensure optimal software / module development with error-free code.
• Develop and automate processes for software validation through test cases and scenarios.
• Document solutions, flowcharts, diagrams, and code for client understanding.
• Ensure continuous client communication, status reporting, and timely feedback for smooth project delivery.
