At Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic , we’re redefining pain care. We’re looking for an exceptional Nurse Practitioner to join our Pain Management team , working alongside an experienced Pain Medicine Physician and a multidisciplinary group of specialists in behavioral health, physical therapy, and primary care.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.

Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

Prescribe and monitor pain medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with best practices.

Collaborate closely with pain physicians, therapists, and behavioral health clinicians for integrative care.

Educate patients on pain management strategies, treatment options, and safe medication use.

Participate in quality initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

What You’ll Bring

Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

Current and unrestricted RN and APRN licenses in Wyoming (or eligibility).

National certification (FNP, ANP, or ACNP).

DEA license with authority for Schedule II–V controlled substances.

At least 1 year of NP experience (pain management or related specialty preferred).

A collaborative, team-first mindset and a genuine passion for helping patients thrive.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Base Salary up to $150,000
