Overview :
We are looking for a Corporate Recruitment Coordinator with strong organizational skills and a background in HR or Talent Acquisition. This role is ideal for candidates seeking to launch or advance their career in HR and corporate recruiting. You will support the recruitment process, gain hands-on experience, and have clear opportunities for advancement into more senior HR and Talent Acquisition roles as you grow in the position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage scheduling for multi-step interviews with candidates, recruiters, and executives.
- Support full-cycle recruiting by coordinating job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communications.
- Prepare recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards for HR leadership.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment on job requirements.
- Assist with background checks, reference verifications, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and support orientation logistics.
- Contribute to process improvements and take on advanced reporting responsibilities as experience develops.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or HR coordination.Strong project management and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.What We Offer :
